Saving money is something that most people are trying to do and I am trying to do the same with my company. I need some new recruitment software as what we are using is not working well for us and causing efficiency to be low. It is taking too long and so I either get better software or employ more staff and I think the software is the answer. The problem is that the company do not have much money at the moment and I will not only have to pay for the staffing software but also for a training course. I was hoping to go on holiday but it looks like I might be having to use my holiday fund to pay for this and so I am hoping to try and do it as cheaply as possible and if it is successful then I may be able to go on holiday later in the year. To save money I have decided that I will go on the training course myself and then teach my staff rather than sending all of them on the course and hopefully that will work and save a lot of money.
